Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with a signature release unless you request otherwise in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form. This means FedEx will release the order without a signature, and the product will be left at the delivery location, even if nobody is present to sign for it. If you require us to request a signature at delivery, and nobody is available to sign the release, the recipient may have to drive some distance to pick up the order at the nearest FedEx office, usually the next day, this delay could cause stress and deteriorate the vase life of the flowers.

cafeFLOWERS.com uses FedEx and UPS for shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email listing the carrier, contents of your order and a shipment tracking number. To track your order, click on the appropriate link below and follow the carriers instructions.
