Delivery Info

Florist Delivery Information
  • Normal delivery hours for a florist are between 9AM and 7PM.
  • This product can be delivered the same day during non-holiday
    periods Monday through Friday if placed before 2PM in the recipient's time zone.
  • Saturday delivery is available same day if placed before 12:30PM in the recipient's time zone.
  • Sunday delivery is available same day if placed before 11:30AM in the recipient's time zone.
  • The service charge for all florist-fullfiled products delivered within
    the Continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada is $9.99.

All other packages are sent via UPS or Fedex. On the day your delivery is scheduled to arrive we guarantee delivery by 5PM for a business and by 7PM for a home. cafeFLOWERS.com is not responsible for *incorrect addresses, or for delivery when there is no one at the address to receive the package. In most cases the carrier will leave the package if the area is secure - but it is at the driver’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

*Incorrect shipping information may result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.

cafeFLOWERS.com is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.
