Substitutions
|
We
have attempted to make our
Substitution policy as
simple as possible. If one
of our preferred florists
is out of a particular
item, we will substitute
it with a similar element
of equal or greater value.
For instance, If you have
chosen an arrangement with
a pink lily and our
florist is out of that
color, a white lily will
be used.
Our Florists will use only
the freshest flowers, and
so will make substitutions
depending on seasonal and
regional availability.
